Make it A Good One! Day Planner: This planner was created especially with persons with depression, anxiety, other mental health issues, as well as invisible and chronic illness.  The energy, mood, and pain level trackers help you keep track of your health on a daily level.  The notes section is a great place to notate any happenings of the day that affected any of those levels.  Tracking your energy, mood, and pain levels can be very helpful for future doctor visits!  

The Self-Care Habit Tracker is perfect to help remind and keep track of basic self-care habits.  Mark the days you are able to do a task, and don’t worry about the days you don’t have the energy to do something.  At the end of the week give yourself rewards based on how many total boxes you have checked for the week.  We’ve added a few basic tasks, but you have room to put in your own self-care tasks.
